Chocolate Fat Bombs
Ingredients:
1 pkg. 8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1 stick Butter (softened)
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
1/4 cup of Swerve Sugar
3 tablespoons of Coconut Oil
1/2 a cup of Mini Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips
Candy Molds
1/2 a cup of Mini Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips (melted down)
Step by Step:
Beat cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy
Add butter, vanilla, swerve, chocolate chips and coconut oil
Mix until well blended
Press mixture firmly into candy molds
Place in freezer for about 1 hour
Take out of molds
Melt chocolate and drizzle over fat bombs
Freeze for 10 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
